If you want to return an item purchased through our store, please follow these steps:

1. Include the original receipt in the return package. The receipt was email to you upon checkout.
2. Customer are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. We accept return for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Any returns must be in their original condition (shrink-wrapped).
5. If your return is accepted, a refund will be issued within 5 -7 business days.

Any returns received not meeting the rules above will be donated to a local game shop, convention, school, or sent back to the customer (if so desired by customer) at customers’ expense.
